From the late, great Holly Harp - Hollywood designer circa 1970s-80s. She owned the rock star wives vibe with her high style hippie glam. Beautifully weighted matte jersey fabric paired with excellent construction. This is one of the designer's iconic designs- tiered layers with ruffled edges that look like unfolding petals.
